Dentalflo is based on the Gold Coast, and most of its named practices and integrations are Australian. Its UK pages still carry a demo that asks "Do you take Delta Dental?", an American insurer. We found no mention of the NHS or Ireland on its site (checked 27 October 2026). Linda was built for UK and Irish dental practices, NHS and private, and is live in both countries.
WhatsApp, not just SMS and web chat
Dentalflo describes its channels as web chat, phone calls and text messages, and we found no mention of WhatsApp. Linda works WhatsApp in both directions alongside the phone and SMS, so a patient can book, confirm or move an appointment and pay a Stripe deposit in the chat.
Clinical safety
A UK clinical safety case
Dentalflo's compliance list is HIPAA, SOC 2 and PCI, which are US and payment-card standards, and we found no mention of DCB0129. Linda has a DCB0129 clinical safety case, the NHS standard for clinical risk in health IT, with a named Clinical Safety Officer, and all her data is hosted in the EU.
