Praxipal's track record is in Germany and Austria, and in October 2026 it advertised for its first salesperson in the UK and Ireland. We found no UK or Irish customer, case study or testimonial on its site (checked 27 October 2026). Linda is used by 500+ clinics, has handled 1,000,000+ calls to date and is live across a 52-site group. At D15 Dental, 40% of all new patients booked in were through her.
WhatsApp and deposits

Luna works by phone, inbound and outbound. We found no mention of WhatsApp, SMS conversations or deposits on Praxipal's site. Linda talks to patients by phone, SMS and WhatsApp, and takes a Stripe deposit when the patient books, on the call or in the chat, so the slot is held by someone who has already paid towards it.
NHS and safety
NHS pathways and UK clinical safety
Praxipal's English demo books a "self-funding" patient, and we found no mention of the NHS on its site. Most UK practices see NHS and private patients in the same diary, and Linda handles both, booking each patient with the right clinician and appointment type. She also has a DCB0129 clinical safety case with a named Clinical Safety Officer, which we found no mention of on Praxipal's site.
