Who We Are

Linda AI Limited is registered in Ireland (company number 752868) at 363 North Circular Road, Phibsborough, Dublin 7, Ireland. We provide an AI-powered receptionist service for dental practices in the UK and Ireland.

Our Service

Linda AI handles inbound and outbound calls on behalf of your dental practice, supporting appointment booking and patient communication. The Service is for business use only and is available to dental practices and DSOs in the UK and Ireland.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@meetlinda.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Payment and Cancellation

Subscription fees are billed in GBP for UK-based clients and EUR for Ireland-based clients, and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@meetlinda.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in compliance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or any data processed through it.

Data and Privacy

When you use our Service to handle patient calls, you remain the Data Controller for patient data. Linda AI acts as your Data Processor. We process data only in accordance with your instructions and our Data Processing Agreement.

Clinical Responsibility

Linda AI is an administrative tool only. Your dental practice remains solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Linda AI platform, software, and branding belong to Linda AI Limited. You retain ownership of any data and materials you provide to us.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linda AI's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the date above.
